„X Design Calculations, Pump sizing, Pipe line sizing and checking, hydraulic calculations, Control valve sizing , flare header sizing etc.

„X HAZOP involvemt, and well versed in hazop software, PHA-PRo8

„X Risk Assessment, HAZID

„X Process simulation package, HYSIS for Hydrocarbon process modeling and simulation.
„X HAZOP study and implementation of recommendations.
„X Preparation of Commissioning Procedures, Operating and Training Manuals for Oil gas industry.
„X Coordinated training activities for commissioning and operation.
„X Review of Vendor Documents to ensure conformance to Company¡¦s standards/Specifications.
„X Monitoring progress throughout the commissioning process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work.
„X Presenting schedules of work and process parameter, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams
„X Co-ordinate with other Planners to prepare scope & work packs. Monitor progress of deliveries of all equipment and mobilization of vendors.
„X Updated all deliverables based on discussions with Project Management Consultant / Company.
„X Familiar with International Codes and Standards like API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, NACE, ISA, IEC, OSHA, NFPA etc and also with KOC standards and Shell DEP.
„X Involved in the ISO certification of unit and maintenance of same. involved in the audit of ISO certification as representative of Managemen
