Routine maintenance , Trouble shooting , and Calibration of all kind of process related instruments.
Planning and organizing of work schedule.
Preparing and updating of P.M ( preventive maintenance) procedure.
Communication with Engineer from Vendor for material evaluation required for functional area.
Carried out Preventive maintenance activities all over the plant as per schedule. It includes Calibration,Visual Inspection and Servicing, maintenance of the related instruments as per the procedure.
Calibration and Servicing of quality connected ISO related Instruments and was trained and authorized to do all sort of maintenance on those instruments and proper management of records and certificates related to the Equipments used.
Troubleshooting jobs on day-to-day notification send by operations and making reports of the cause and case study incase of complex process related problems.
Guide Junior Staff for modifications and PM Activities with proper reference to the supporting documents
Preventive Maintenance activities for online process analyzers and its maintenance on break down. Calibration of the analyzers with Standard gases and liquids as references.
Assist System Engineers for all the system related troubleshooting and maintenance.
Assist Planning Engineers for Annual turnaround jobs and on Emergency Shutdowns.
Lead temporary manpowers on Shutdowns for the execution of all jobs within a short period of time.
Eductation
Matriculation from Comprehensive High School Sargodha Punjab.Diploma of Associate Engineer in Instrument Technology from Govt Poly Tech Institute Sargodha Punjab.
Certification
Work permit receiving training by J.U.P.C sabic standard and training about plant safety Work permit is specified for COLD work permit, HOT work permit, CONFIND SPACE work permit and LOCK OUT & TAG OUT permit. HSE, H2S, First Aid, Fire Fighting & Safety induction, PTW.
