- Elaborating the profitability study of a new clay bricks plant.
- Preparing the time schedule of the project erection & commissioning.
- Negotiating equipments suppliers’ quotation.


My main achievement:

- Achievement the profitability study and obtaining the direction approbation.
- Achievement the excavation and fencing steps on the construction site.

- Prospecting new equipments suppliers in low cost countries.


My main achievement:

- Budget adjustment & profitability study elaboration for LARIA Project: LARIA Int is an extruded tiles manufacturing Plant with a capacity of 1 000 000 m²/year (Partenarship 50% : 50% Carthago Ceramic : LARIA (3rd European producer).

- Budget adjustment & profitability study elaboration for INKJET Project: INKJET is a digital decorative machine for ceramic tiles which is implanted in Carthago Grès Pocelenatto in Z.I Agareb, it is an up-to-date ceramic tiles printing technology.

- Budget adjustment & profitability study elaboration for Cogeneration Project: It is a « Benefits Sharing Group » between BBM (Briqueterie de Bir M’cherga 520 000 tons/year), MEDOIL (Rafinery of vegetable oil JADIDA) & La MEDINA (Hôtels & Amusement Parcs in Hammamet), for a 5 MW cogeneration installation, the unique Project in Tunisia after the promulgation of the electrical energy transportation new law dated on February 2009.


- Tunisian Market Study (2008) elaboration for Solar Water Heater
