• Track and analyze Cost & Commitments against approved budget.
• Prepare project expenditure forecast and monthly cash-flow, AFEs, trend and change order status reports.
• Manpower Planning, Sub-Contract Administration, Tender opening and bid evaluation.
• Recast project estimate into budget for expenditure tracking & control.
• Consolidation of Company Budget for presentation to the Management.
• Interface with EPC Contractor on Value of Work Done for monthly accrual.
