Professional Experience
• Working in Mobinil.
From August 2005 till November 2006 in the customer service
department as a call center representative.
• From November 2006 till present in the national sales department
as a customer center senior representative.
- Handle customers’ complaints and inquiries and provide solutions
to their problems.
- Sell Mobinil products and services and ensure proper collection of
required documents.
- Sell value added services to customers.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve customers’ complaints.
- Responsible for archiving all the contracts of the shop without
direct supervision.
- Responsible, updating for the shared folder for all the staff of the shop.
- Responsible for all the complains of the customers which takes long time to be solved.
- Achievements in Mobinil:
1. Project of 110 inboxes: It guides all reps for the right inboxes to send the case of the customers to.
2. Project for bill explanation: It guides all the reps for the explanation of the bills of the customers.
3. Project posted for marketing and was approved by them but will be done as soon as possible as there is some conflicts in the marketing department: It is an emerge call which makes the customer call from his mobile for one minute free after finishing his credit.
