Provides management of quality issues on a project. Implements the Quality Management System including planning and audits, provides quality training, and utilizes quality tools for problem solving and assessment and metrics.
Coordinates Customer Satisfaction program and conducting internal audits on supplier.
Serves as Project Quality Manager on major projects; in this capacity reporting to the Project Manager, assisting the project team in defining and documenting a project quality programme and thereafter monitoring implementation and effectiveness.
Manages the planning, supervising, co-coordinating and implementation of a quality assurance programme in compliance with the company's Management System in meeting the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2008
Ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established and implemented and to develop a quality management strategy and plans, including resources, systems and timescales to support, contribute and integrate within, the organization's business plan and long term strategy
Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
Report to top management on the performance of the quality management system, and note needed improvements
Develop and Issue of QMS processes, Project Quality procedures, Project Inspection & Test Plans and QMS/ QC forms
Verification by means of a planned Audit schedule that the requirements set in the Quality Manual and Quality Plan is being implemented
