2. Administer the operations and reports to the Operations Manager.
3. Office and/or Field Supervision for Drilling, Testing, Completion, Fishing/Work over and programs for same - Computer Literate - Excel, Windows, Etc.
4. Expertise in drilling wells in many varied conditions such as: High pressure, gumbo, hard rock, massive lost circulation.
5. Monitoring and Directing the Activities of Multiple Rig Operations.
6. Drilling, Work over and Completion Programs.
7. Contract Negotiation for Rigs, Mud, Cement Etc.
8. Budget and Preparation.
9. Personnel selection, scheduling, counseling, etc.
10. Liaising With Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Production and Geology Departments.
11. Contingency Planning.
12. Preparing Daily Drilling Report to Saudi Aramco.
13. Rig pre-Move checking, arranging trucks ,traillers, cranes for moving.
14. Prepare wells materials request and follow it with Aramco tool house.
15. Coordinat the jobs with others services companies such as: Cement, logging, Acid, ect.
16. Coordinat the job with other Aramco department: Hydologist, Geologist, Aramco Engineers, Operations.
17. Negotiation with Government State and Local Regulatory and Permitting Agencies.
18. Negotiation with Customs.
19. Logistics - Importation, Warehousing, And Distribution Of Drilling Tangibles And Consumables.
20. Safety Policy and Implementation.
21. Local Employees - Successfully Dealt With Racial And Ethnic Differences, Labor Union Disputes etc
