I have a 13years experience as a Chef / Senior Chef De Partie in the food service industry which caters to various people in all walks of life. My work experience has given me the chance to interact / work with other people and broaden my skills and knowledge in cooking various cuisine’s which consist of American – Italian – Japanese – Korean – Chinese – Filipino dishes and a branch in Meditteranean –Thai cuisine’s. Creates new and presentable menu’s that is mouth watering and low in fat.

I'm went to college for one (1) semester only and afterwards I shifted my course to computer programming /computer application for another one (1) semester and ended up in a as an assistant cook in a small japanese restaurant and it all began there my career as a chef.
