• Maintain the EEP/QHSSE data. These included, but not limited to, the monthly statistics, QHSSE training HC report, Auditing system, the management participation tracking sheet and the tracking sheet
• Track and monitor the progress, actions, and reviews, close out and open actions.
• Monitor and report key monthly statistics and ensure it is reported to the region in a timely manner
• Compile data from input sources and produce statistical reports for analysis
• Develop, maintain, and control HSEQ Procedures, Work Instructions and Forms
• Assist in the developing and reviewing of appropriate changes to procedures, processes and practices
• Ensure compliance to documentation control with timely review, update and dissemination and manage their inventory.

Training and Auditing
• Arrange/conduct QHSSE training to help the organization achieve compliance as required
• Assist with scheduling and planning of these trainings including preparation any required materials

Administrative
• Support locations with tender documents related to QHSSE
• Record minutes of meeting for compilation and distribution
• Plan and organize HSSE programs to encourage active staff participation
• Assist in corporate roll-out of HSSE initiatives. Track and measure the performance of the initiatives
• Actively participate in HSSE meetings, observation programs, and other activities
• Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job
