Thirty five (35) years of experience as a Contract Manager, Contract Administration, Supervisor in Construction in Power plants, Oil & gas production installations, Petrochemical installations, Civil, Mechanical, E&I activities. This also include elaborate contract procedures and planning the subcontracts strategy, manpower load distribution, schedule review, cost impact review and field purchase materials, handling several claims. Maintain a high level of interaction between Construction Team and the different disciplines as Safety, Engineering, Materials, Planning, Cost and Progress control, and QA/QC. Maintain with the Client and ensuring the integrity of the Projects.
Experience with Fluor/Inelectra, Kellogg/Inelectra, Worley Parsons/Inelectra, Mitsubishi Heavy Industry/Inelectra, Exxon Mobil, TPL/Inelectra with Inelectra Joint in Venezuela and Peru with Pluspetrol for the Oil and Chemical Project, and twenty eight years with Inelectra.

Contract Manager for Hydrotreater Plant, Hydrogen Production Plant and Utilities Plant, Areas 50, 60 &70 belong to P2- Process Area management all activities connected with the bidder list, making bid package, bidding process, analysis of offers, award of work across letter of intent and contract issue and manegement of contract administrator in accordance with Fluor Daniels Procedure.
The scope work of several contracts has considered the following: civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and insulation activities thus as services contract necessary for development of construction activities and some activities for pre-commissioning.
The estimated amounts handled of several contracts are as follows:
• Civil Work: 55.000 MM Bs.
• Mechanical Work: 104.500 MM Bs. + 3,4 MM US$
• Electrical and Instrumentation Work: 30.190 MM Bs. + 12,3 MM US$
• Insulation Work: 6.800 MM Bs
