comunicate information during start-up,correct abnormal start-up conditions of plant/unit.complete routine checks in work area detailing specific information on flows,temperatures,pressures,levels,over heating,vibrations of equipment, heat transfer equipment,non-rotating equipment, rotating equipment,storage equipment, heat transfer equipment, control equipment.diagnoses of faults affecting plant conditions, responding to incidents, hazardous conditions,contributing with the correction of hazardous conditions, identifying safety hazards.previous experience in supervisory positions, shift supervisor, work crew managment,hydrotreament variables,sulpher recovery variables,amin treatment variables, sour water stripper variables,saltwater cooling systems, enviromental impact managment.
