• Supervising the administration system.

• Arrange all travel plans, business meetings and accommodations
for consultants and specialists during their frequent business trips to Cairo.
• Making daily summarized reports to the general manager regarding the daily work steps and needs to each department.
• Follow up with responsible people to proceed and circulate the approvals.
• Purchase , maintain and distribute all office supplies, consumable and
equipment necessary for day-to-day work.

• Review and verify invoices and vouchers prior to final approval.
• Maintain office fixed assets, payroll, transportation and travel payments.
• Handling approvals and licenses with governmental offices through our team.
• Handling work permits and visas for expats.
• Selecting, training and evaluating secretarial and other administrative
staff at the office. This ranges from setting performance standards,
• Checking secretarial work quality, supervising pool work and work
distribution, ensuring that all project correspondence is properly filed, that
data is readily available to those who need it.
• Assist in several procurement activities. Prepare and approve material
requisitions and purchase orders according to office procedures,
and follow up processing of invoices and payment to vendors.
• Identify action items and remind employees of action due dates.
• Custodian of petty cash for management office; prepare review, and
process business related expense for all the staff.
• Handling and following up the car licenses renewal for all company’s cars.
• Supervising the drivers daily plans.
• Handling the purchasing department, new vendors, negotiating prices and payment terms.
• Handling invoicing for clients and collection procedure.
• Overall responsibility for supervising computer, word processing,
telecommunication office requirements needed to handle the day-to- day
activities of the project.
