Knowledge with Process Software tools such as Chem Cad, ASPEN (B-JAC), HYSIS etc.

Develop the Process block diagram, Simulation of Process flow diagram using Hysis, Vaporizer comparison, Gathering of Equipments supplier’s addresses; obtain the Quotations for equipments, Estimation of budgetary cost For the Project, liquid line sizing, Gas & vapor line sizing, flare line sizing& pipe rack checking, Tie in register, line list, booster pump calculations, cause and effect charts, PSV calculation, Blow down valve calculations, control valve sizing, Gravity lines sizing, Pressure drop calculations, NPSH calculations, Tank venting calculations, Data sheets preparation and RFQ’s preparation.
