 Prepare all Leave Request and Resignation
 Follow up and up date recruitment for the site
 Arrange all employees accommodation , transportation and tickets
 Arrange SMF / Staff Movement Form.
 Follow up all the documents for labor office and immigration
 Established and maintained effective employee relations.
 Preparing and filing of Personnel Action Sheets such as Designation changes, salary increments, benefits amendments, etc.
 Provide slide for employee numbers at end of each month.
 Coordination with Finance in order to accomplish essential and critical employee. Payable requests.
 Manage the workload during peak salary increase processing periods and on boarding’s
 Providing full assistance to all site office coordinators of HR and Administration issues
