Maintenance, troubleshooting, overhauling, Commissioning and planning for Rotating and Static Equipment at Offshore and Onshore.

Fields Of Experience:-
1- From 9 Oct. 2008 till Now
-Working In Suez Oil Company (SUCO) At Ras Bad Ran Filed At General Mechanical Maintenance Department.
Job Description: Maintenance and Repairing Of Rotating and Static Equipments at Offshore and Onshore (General Mechanical Maintenance dept.)
Reciprocating compressors.
o Gas compressors ( "Dresser Rand" manufacture ,horizontal type, three stages ,double acting .four cylinders, capacity 90 mmft3/ days , 90 bar discharge pressure and electric motor drive "1.85 MW").
o Instrument air compressors (Comp air manufacture capacity 300 ft3/ hr flow rate & 7.5 bar discharge pressure v- type , two stages )
o gas compressor (THOMMASSEN manufacture, horizontal type, two stages ,double acting ,two cylinders)
Gas turbine
Gas turbine (GE) farm 5, MARK 2, model single shaft, base load 24000 KW.
o The unit maintenance includes routine maintenance and troubleshooting of auxiliary, control and protection systems.
o Carry out combustion inspection.
o Co-ordinate with vendor for hot gas path inspection bore scope inspection and major over haul.
Rotating equipment
o Centrifugal horizontal pumps (Up to 2170 m3 / hr flow rate and 200 bar discharge pressure) .Different pumps manufactures are (Sulzer, KSB, IR pumps etc.)
o Centrifugal vertical pumps (multi stages up to 20 bar discharge pressure). Different pumps manufactures are ( Worthington , Davit Brown and Byron Jackson
o Vacuum pumps (liquid ring type). pumps manufacture is(graham).
o Purification unit (with capacity 12 m3 / hr).
o Positive displacement, for hydraulic systems or chemical injection package with different types and capacities , piston , gear and vane pumps
o Mechanical seal reconditioning.
o Waste water treatment plant including centrifugal lifting pumps, screw sludge pumps and floating skimmers with their fully hydraulic system.
o Onshore & offshore fire fighting systems. The job includes the pump station, tanks, network, fire monitors and foam systems.
Alignment job.
Carry out alignment job for the following:
o Electrical motors with rotors mounted on journal bearings to the water injection pump (Discharge of pump 200 bar g).
o Electrical motor on anti friction bearing to the driven equipment
