Professional Experience

Recruitment:
Assist in maintaining HR- Affairs - Gen (Admin) and HR section in the course of work to achieve the targets and manpower planning.
Screening of the CV’s both local overseas, including recruitment, selection, and placement of non-exempt clerical, technical, and designated exempt positions.
Prepare interview formats in order to conduct interviews
Conduct interview, and pre-employment tests.
Assist in the facilitation of effective employee recruitment and selection, responding to applicants as directed and appropriate; and Schedule applicants for interviews as directed;
Prepare, Maintain and update the employees’ internal database &Job Descriptions.
Updating of the interviews, short listing and vacancies through HRMS system.
preparing orientation and training materials and also Provide Induction Orientation to newly employed staffs and trainings related to safety at DEWA accommodations.
Follow-up with the confirmation of the staff to attend the training as per the schedule.
Prepare monthly training reports and submit to the management.

Coordinate all internal placements, employee relocations and administer salary increases and performance appraisal programs & Employee Satisfaction surveys.
Departmental Co-coordinator for the Tawasol suggestion Scheme and Wasel Scheme.
Provide assistance in preparation of the Management Budget, Quality Management Procedures and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and overall Strategic Planning
Participate in the Team Building committee Activities.
Assisting in the preparation of SOP (Standard Operating procedures).
Preparation of justifications for Quarterly Employee Awards

Prepare leave schedules and allocate them as per the availability of the man power
Deal with salary, leave & employee related problems and help them solve tactfully.
Preparation of overtime through ORION (ORACLE based) management system
Follow-up with the Employees Air passage & renewal of Employees Insurance card, U.A.E national attendance report,

Preparation of work requests on MAXIMO (ORACLE based and purchase requisitions in order to ensure maintenance and procurement of the administration.
Co-ordinate with the Senior Supervisors of Committees and updating of various operational tasks.
Work effectively both individually and as part of a team to achieve both individual and department goals

Post Graduate: MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management from American Heritage University in Dubai.

Graduation:Secured First Class with Distinction from Mangalore University in the Academic year 2002- 2005 specialized in Economics & Political Science.
