I am supervising in both office & field testing activities as per job requirements, In NPS Mobile & office Lab. In our lab. Following tests is carried out.
Office Lab.
1: Mixing of the Cement slurry with constant speed mixer of Chandler Engineering Machine of U.S.A.
2. Rheology test by Viscometer of Chandler Engineering Machine of U.S.A
3. Free fluid by high temp & pressure Fluid Loss Machine.
4. Thickening time test by Consistmeter of Chandler Engineering Machine of U.S.A.
5. C.Strength by U.C.A of Chandler Engineering Machine of U.S.A.
Mobile Lab.
6. Supervision of cement mixing & pumping on well location.
7. Supervision of acid mixing on the well location.
8. Testing of Acid Strength both Titration & by Hydrometer
9. Testing of Iron in mixed acid & PH of Acid & water.
