Duty & Task
¨C Responsible in managing and coordinating all aspects of designed related to the projects and being a member of the other project team & participate with other work trades.
¨C To indentify develop new prospects and quality assurance of the projects.
¨C Managing project personnel responsible for implementation the project task, regular works meeting, motivate staff and manage conflicts or crises.
¨C Responsible in plan project progress such as define sub goals, milestone & task, time and resource planning.
¨C Proactive coordinating projects & acting as a central point of contact for the project team including client, facilitators and contractors.
¨C Monitor project progress & success to assess risk & hazards to the success of the project and take appropriate measure for avoidance.
¨C Creating, writing, coordinate accurate timely report either pre or post workshop meeting such as logistics ,information distribution and maintaining database.
¨C Responsible and initiating attending meetings with potential funders, develop and writing project proposals.
