• Monitoring Pre, In process and Post welding Inspection activities at pipeline.
• Assuring all the activities are done as per the Standards & Codes and documented properly.
• Performing Raw Material Inspection.
• Material Test Certificate (MTC) verified with Standards.
• Material Receiving Inspection as per the standards & Specification.
• Coordinating with procurement Dept to get all related QC documents.
• Preparation of inspection schedule.
• Making NDT request and coordinating with NDT crew.
• Ensure the NDT personnel are approved by Aramco.
• Identify the joints to be made NDT according to the line designation and daily production.
• Making RFI for weld Repair and ensure the repair has been made according to the requirement.
• Ensure the weld number and welder symbols are marked adjacent to the joint legibly.
• Conducting visual Inspection according the appropriate SAIC.
• Ensure the Electrodes are maintained properly.
• Maintaining Calibration records for the Instruments.
• Ensuring the materials are received as per the standard requested in the purchase order.
• Ensure the Holding and Portable oven temperatures are maintained and the Electrodes being returned after the permitted exposure time.
• Ensure the temperature gauges on the ovens are calibrated and monitoring the due date of the same.
• Receiving Inspection of Welding consumables.
• Making RFI to Aramco Inspectors and submitting documentations for their reference in order to release the material.
• Ensure that the safety measures are taken before starting the process and completing the same.
• Coordination with subcontractor Inspectors.
• Coordinating Inspection and monitoring the Inspection process at site.
• Preparing and monitoring Quality control Documents.
