To ensure a HES system in place and implemented. The aim is to have a Zero accident and incident free project achievement.

At present I am the HES Manager for Hyundai Heavy Industries, co., Ltd, being the main contractor in Escravos Gas Plant Project in Nigeria and Chevron Nigeria Ltd is the client. I have 20 + years of extensive management experience in petrochemical, oil and gas process plant construction, shutdowns and maintenance safety and its related field of practice. Being the ERT COMMANDER providing necessary training to meet the type of hazard and possible risk involved with. My greatest achievement was achieving 20 Million Hours without Lost Time Incident with 10,000 work forces (a record breaking event for Shell) during LNG construction Project in Sakhalink,
