Responsible of the operation of 03 plants with 27 gas compression units for total capacity of 43000 HP and 287 MMSCFD in Anaco area (Venezuela) under a rental contract with PDVSA to support a Liquid Extract Plant and a steel plant. Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance programs, corrective maintenance and plant improvements plan. Coordinate parts and logistics. Coordinate operators and technicians trainee. Principals goals: Improve the operational reliability from 70% to 80%, Increase in 5% the gas volume managed, and Reduce the mayor failures. Supervised 24 operators and field technicians.
Oct 05 to Nov 06 Plant Supervisor:
Supervised a gas compression operations of 120 MMSCFD to support 60000 BBls oil production of Dacion field under an Operation and Maintenance contract with the Italian corporation ENI. Following the API standards for oil and gas plants. Track and control of daily reports, operational data and maintenance records. Established a preventive and predictive maintenance plan to improve reliability and reduce parts consumption. Developed the overhauls plan and budget. Responsible of 20 operators, mechanics and instrumenticians.

Certified as Gas Compression Technician under a one year intensive on the job training with Hanover Compression. Focused in developing mechanical skills in engines/compressors, maintenance standards, gas processing plants and HS&E practices.
