•Developed engineering & construction documents (conceptual, FEED & detailed engineering).

•Wide knowledge in oil & gas separation units, K.O. drums, scrubbers, mixture units, filtration units, coolers….etc.

•Designed and engineered process piping according to ASME B31.3 including material selection and stress analysis using CAESAR II and hydraulic analysis, design calculations for network piping system by using Pipe Flow Expert software, 2007, UK.

•Prepared design and engineering specifications for storage tanks according to API 620, 650 & API 12D and pressure relieving devices according to API 520.

•Familiar with pressure vessel and heat exchanger design standards for oil and gas industries according to ASME Section VIII, TEMA, API 660, 661, 662 ….etc, and design by using specialized software COMPRESS build 6258, 2008 (software for ASME section VIII design and analysis).

•Provided engineering views/inputs for rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, fire fighting pumps) selection & design of new projects, field facilities plan development & replacement strategies, and fully participate in evaluation, conceptual , FEED studies/analysis in coordination with concerned parties, Pre commissioning, Start up, Commissioning & trouble shooting assistance.

•Deep knowledge in steam technology, sea water intake systems, desalination units and hydrocarbons & chemical storage facilities.

•Evaluated contractors / proposal and issued technical evaluations.

•Supervised contractors field work until punch list and subsequent handover
