• Manage the Hotel’s Long Term objectives as well as the short term objectives of its core functional departments, Catering, Housekeeping, Bar and Restaurant, and Finance
• Implement, Review and Revise the performance of the Hotel in line with its Public Enterprise Plan
• Monitor Staff performance against standards set and in accordance with the Hotel’s Conditions of Service.
• Prepare management and financial report for presentation at the monthly Board meetings.
• Convene the Board meeting after liaising with Chairman and act as Secretary of the Company.
• Ensure maximum management presence at all times to maximize quality and efficient delivery of customer service.
• Dispatch the minutes of Board meetings to the Shareholder on a monthly basis.
