Position: HSE Engineer Head
A. HSE (Health, safety and Environment):
My Responsibilities involve implementation of safety and risk reduction for the protection of employees, public and facilities. Also contribution to the team effort in achieving the safety program goals of zero accidents, reduction levels of risk as low as reasonably practicable, zero lost time incidents with all operations in compliance with Regulations and company HSEMS , Policies and guidelines. Conduct HSE inductions to all new joined staff. Check the availability of the safety/emergency equipment in all sites. Lead Incident Investigation team in all industrial & non-industrial incidents/accidents involving personnel in company’s jurisdiction. Ensuring effective HSE Communications via tool box talks and carry out regular training and field talks as required. Study and comment all engineering designs and drawings pertaining to modifications of plant, equipments, installations, fire protection systems, or projects work to ensure adherence to safety rules, standards and codes of practice, during all phases of implementation on Site. Ensure that the proper record for inspection/maintenance and testing of all safety, fire and lifesaving equipment/systems are maintained and readily available. Gathers evidence and prepares reports on safety violation complaints, occupational and environmental accidents. I Review, Compile, Analyze, and Interpret contractor’s performance Indicators data to determine trends of all other unplanned events. Work with contractor’s Safety Leads to define agendas for all Safety meetings that are consistent throughout the project life span. Compile HSE report at daily, weekly and monthly HSE meetings on statistics against objectives & performance targets of existing HSE plan. Reviewing & renewal of the property licenses & ROP certifications Support the line manager with project developments updates. Cross check and monitor activities in site to identify hazards associated with the scope of work, and suggesting methods to minimize hazard risks.

B. PB (Projects & Buildings)
My Responsibilities involves Provide engineering and technical services for the maintenance, repair, and contract management for all company’s owned properties. Develops, oversees compliance on maintenance, repair & contract work. I Assesses safety and risk management of inspection and compliance services. I perform other engineering management duties as assigned. Knowledge of municipality’s laws & ROP regulations for construction permits. Evaluate engineering drawings, building systems, and maintenance schedules. Serve as liaison between construction team and construction supervisors on site. Planning consists of scheduling the work to be done and selecting the most suitable construction methods and equipment for the project. Ensure requires the timely mobilization of all drawings, layouts, and materials on the job to prevent delays. Control consists of analyzing progress and cost to ensure that the project will be done on schedule and within the estimated cost. Conduct construability reviews of all the design prior to the field installation. Field inspection while construction is in progress to ensure that the work is conducted in safe manner. Provide construction information & advice, including cost changes, to the construction coordinator. Assist the Operations director in the preparation of the annual project budget. Ensure record-keeping, internal and external reporting, development of written reports.
