Position: Senior Associate (SA)
Duties:
• Leading teams to audit jobs and ensuring that the respective audit engagement is well planned for
• Ensuring that the audit objectives are met in that the job has been done within the requires time and is within the required budget
• Reviewing the sections for the team members and ensuring that the all the audit risks have been addressed sufficiently
• Preparing the financial statements and ensuring all the necessary disclosures have been incorporated in the financials
• Preparing the Management Letter Points ( MLPs) and ensuring that the client receives the necessary advice so as to show value addition for the client
• Communication with the manager and partner in charge and ensuring that I keep them abreast of the audit progress
• Developing the team members

Position: Associate auditor (A1 & A2)
Duties:
• Auditing complex audit sections like inventory, payables and Long term debt
• Assisting the auditor in charge in the field during his absence by leading the rest of the team members
• Assisting in training the new Audit associate 1 during the assignments so as to ensure that they are up to date with their sections.
• During jobs of unique nature e.g. clients of Arab and Somali origin, I acted as the chief translator in such jobs
• Preparing accounts for small clients e.g. Pension funds
• Preparing quality Management letter points ( MLPs) and ensuring that the management receives additional value for the audit

Duties:
• Preparing the financial statement for the business operations in Uganda and reporting to the management in Nairobi office
• Ensuring that the company had the necessary cash flow required by forecasting the company’s demand and managing the cash flow to ensure that the demand is met
• Preparing the cost analysis of the fuel and calculating the best selling price for the fuel both at the resale level and at the retail level ( filling station level)
• Advising the management on the investment of new fixed asset and the acquisition of new stations to expand the networks of the business.
