1. Supporting Karwa Service Director.
„X Controlling of daily off-road/On-road reports of 1993 buses
„X Preparing monthly expenses against budget for the director board meeting.
2. Coordination with Purchase department.
„« Follow ups for Lpo for procure parts and submitting invoice.
„« Make clear all sort of issues related to purchase of parts and vehicles.
„« For submitting original documents related to new vehicle purchase and Spare parts.
„« For the clearance of new vehicles and spare parts from Doha customs.

3. Coordination with Finance department.
„« For the payment made to vendors.
„« Opening LC and all related works
„« For advance cheque/payments the local and overseas vendors.
„« For the documents received from bank and handed over to Purchase dept for the clearance of new vehicles from Doha port.

4. Logistic coordination.
„« Educating the overseas vendors for preparing the documents for new vehicles & spare parts import as per the requirement of Doha customs.
„« Coordinating with the overseas vendors for make sure the approved documents are arrived in time for avoid delay in clearance process for the spare parts and new vehicles from Doha port.
„« Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers and Central ware house for spare parts stock maintaining.

5. Tender Administration:-
„« Preparing technical & commercial evaluation and preparing contracts agreements for different supply tenders & overseas contracts.
„« Preparing local supply agreements.

6. Report of expenses against budget monthly:-
„« Prepared expenses sheet for Vehicle spare parts and maintenance.
„« Prepared expenses sheet for Accident damage and maintenance.
„« Prepared expenses sheet for Tyres and tube.
„« Prepared expenses sheet for Registration and Insurance.
„« Prepared expenses sheet for Fuel.
„« Prepared expenses sheet for Wash.
„« Prepared expenses sheet for purchase of new vehicles.
