Review the worksite safety performance on a daily basis and take any necessary corrective actions. Monitoring all phases of the safety system established in the project. Maintain effective lines of communication with the personnel to monitor prompt dissemination of information regarding safe practices, safety Policies and Procedures. Monitoring behavior of the people and provide coaching to change the attitude and behavior positively towards working safety and instills think before acting and value human life. Conduct accident/ incident investigation and report findings. Analyze inspections, delineate problem areas, recommend solutions, and coordinate jobsite safety system efforts.
