Worked as a Chemist/ Lab Administrator / Training in charge in Finished Products & Certification Laboratory covering the following jobs: 1990 - 2007.
• Training UD-Technicians and UD-Chemists:
Preparing Training Programs, Giving Class room lessons and practical training to carry out tests as per ASTM/IP/UOP test methods, results data entry, and ISO 9000-2000 procedure follow up.
• Evaluating monthly reports training, safety & progress and submitting corrections to follow up
• Supervising the sampling/testing of Refinery product streams and finished products and issuing Certificates of quality (COQ) for the products to be exported.
• Product Development /Product Blending Study for Petroleum Products and Luboil Products
• Monitoring the calibration of all laboratory equipment/Analyzers/ instruments and maintaining the records.
• ISO 9001-2000 Certification and Internal Auditing & Record Maintenance
• Manage LIMS & Intranet data facility and monthly safety meetings
• Taking part in following Cross Check Programs to evaluate Laboratory Proficiency -ASTM Inter laboratory Crosscheck Programs, IIS Testing Programs, GCC Correlation and Inter-refinery cross check Programs
•Updating Lab Equipment with latest technology and test methods like ASTM,
IP, UOP, ISO, DIN etc.
