Professional Experience
ľ Inspection and certification of Field Instruments according to the project requirement and standards.
ľ Preparation of punch list, Raising Technical Query and conducting basic functional Test, Logical Tests and operational Test procedure.Handover documentation related to my discipline at all completion stages
ľ Supervised Calibration of pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, pressure switches, level switches, Electromagnetic flow meters, installation of Impulse piping, Pneumatic signal tubing, Air supply Piping/ tubing, Analyzer sample tubing. Installation of above instruments, Level gauges, Rotameters and restriction orifices. Cabling including installation, of ducts, trays and junction boxes.
ľ Vendors, and third party representatives, providing technical support to site, Commissioning of plant equipment and vendor packages, handling of quality assurance documentation, and handling of site queries.
