Managed division staff in the preparation of all accounting information & financial reporting for Weatherford’s Russia Division to the US headquarters. Administrated the accounts payable, accounts receivable, international tax, and audit procedures for the divisions. Formulated project variance reports and participated in company asset utilization meetings.
Oversaw importation of drilling rigs and equipment that saved 40 mil USD VAT payments by planning and coordinating proper importation steps. Coordinated SAP implementation and localization for Russia and Ukraine branches. Managed financial and statutory compliance with regards to implementation of SOX controls, and liaison with the company's internal and external auditors.
