Electrical & Instrument expertise with more than 7 years of experience in Supervision of E & I Construction/ Commissioning mainly related to Oil & Gas field Technology, Power Plants, Petrochemicals and Refinery Plants. The activities included supervision of installation of Panel, Analyser instrument, Stainless steel tubing, air piping, Gas detector system, Conveyor system, Trouble shooting, Interlock Checking, Overhauling Instruments, Calibration, Burner Management Checking, Annual Overhaul of Plant Instruments, Routine maintenance of Analytical Instruments, Controllers, Control Valves, MOV, MMI ( Man- machine Interface ), CPU ( Central Processing Unit ), Bus interface, Signal transmission ( AO/AI, DO/DI devices, Pneumatic Transmission and etc ), Supervisory Instruments, Processes Measurements, Control Systems, Control Loop checking etc.electrical & electricity control systems. Experience in Installation and Testing mainly related to Oil & Gas field Technology, Power Plants, Petrochemicals and Refinery Plants. The activities included Installation of underground & aboveground cable laying for fiber-optic, HT & LV cable, Cable ladder, tray, trucking, conduit, Hazardous and Non-hazardous area plan lighting, road lighting, high bay lighting , aviation, HT & LV transformer, Switchgear, Standby Gen-set, Distribution board and panel ( MCC, PLC, UPS, SCADA, ESD panel and etc.), Gladding, termination, Earthling, lightning sys, Telecommunications, CCTV, PA system, Continuity, merger test, Trouble shooting, Interlock Checking of DCS systems, Experience on testing & calibration of Primary & secondary ABB MCC module, Switchgear, Transformer, electrical protection Relays and etc. familiar with HSE ( Health, safety & Environment ), IEE Wiring & Electrical installation Regulations, ANSI/ISA Standards, Concept in Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Petrochemical and Refinery Plants and etc.
