Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordination-
• Participate drilling morning meetings to review equipment and personnel requirements
• Support drilling operations by coordinating material/supply/personnel activities with well site supervisors, drilling contractors, third party contractors, and the operator to execute the work program with optimum efficiency.
• Establish processes to efficiently receive, handle, respond to, track, and close-out material requests.

Operations-
• Utilize daily forecast and activity plan to help schedule transportation requirements to meet project demands and provide needed material/equipment/personnel on time.
• Help identify and ensure proper dispatching of equipment and tools.
• When applicable assist in planning supply and crew mobilizations and demobilizations with the Operator’s Logistics Expediter.

Communication-
• Communicate regularly with Well Superintendents and onshore team members.
• Communicate daily with Well Engineers & Logistics Manager.

Administrative-
• Evaluate and modify material/personnel forms needed for efficient operations.
• Track and monitor utilization of supply trucks and crew transport.
• Manage and improve the rig Material Request system.

Bachelor of Petroleum and Gas Engineering. 1991
Bachelor of Science. 1985

H2S Safety Services Course by Sunbelt H2S Safety Services Maritime.
Computer Literate.
Four Weeks Professional Development Course by Petroman.
Lifting & Hoisting Course done by Petrofac, Dubai Petroleum Training Centre (DPTC)
Basic Life Support Course.by American Heart Association
Defensive Driving Course from Saudi Arabia.

To provide engineering support at companys drilling sites. Supervision of
Maintenance and repair work at well site. Preparation of various weekly reports. Preparation of casing tally.


Main responsibilities:
Effective, efficient and safe drilling and completion operations in accordance with drilling programme and specifications.
Personnel, equipment and material safety at rigsite operations.

Key activities:
Ensuring contractor personnel, services and material, are available at rigsite when required so to avoid any delay in operations.
Supervising drilling and completion operations carried out by Company's and Contractor's personnel at rigsite
Coordinating drilling and completion activities in accordance with programme, Company procedures and best practices.
Reporting to drilling/completion superintendent on regular basis on the progress of operations, and agree on any corrective action if necessary.
Monitoring the consumptions and stock of materials available at rigsite, and request personnel, materials, and services in due time in order to avoid any delay in the operations.
Representing Company at rigsite in all matters.
Ensuring that drilling and completion operations are carried out in safety, with good oilfield practice and in accordance with programme and all the relevant Company standards and HSEQ procedures.
