Professional Experience
1. Working with labor office program and immigration office program to process a variety of tasks related to U.A.E Procedures for issuing Employment Visa such as Work permits, transfer visa, labor cards, job contracts & other tasks.
2. Handling all the new visas/visa renewal activities and procedures to ensure smooth operation and facilitate the work of the employees.
3. Checking of employees¡¦ documentation ensuring timely handover to PRO for visa processing.
4. Extensive knowledge in the U.A.E labor law.
5. Submitting applications related to the labor program via infinity service program.
6. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing & manage the filing, storage & security of documents.
7. Ensure data is entered into the system.
8. Employees record maintenance.
9. Assist in producing a variety of Reports.
10. Assist the HR Manager and coordinate with the other department head.
11. Transfer labors from site to site and update information and make the chart of employee¡¦s distribution statement in the site.
12. Preparation of English & Arabic correspondence addressed to different organizations (labor Department, Immigration, Municipality, Etisalat, Police etc) and all clearance letters for new site.
13. Manage the entry & reports in the system, update, scanned the database & contacts of the current & new employees.
14. Making contracts & tenancy renewals.
15. Organizing all the actions required prior and during the new employees joining.
16. Organize the periodical evaluation of the employees.
17. Assist in handling financial matters including handling petty cash & preparing summery report for HR Department Expenses.
18. Helping the account department with entering the timesheets for the labors in the system (Quick books system and HR. software).
19. Assist the HR manager in preparing & producing a variety of reports.
20. Following up the insurance companies for issuing or renewing new policies for the new project, workmen¡¦s compensation , company & employees vehicles, as well as doing the required job when any accident happen.
