To secure in the chemical industries that will utilize my education thus far and continue my training as an Instrument Senior Technician so that I remain an asset to the company.

Over ten years of experience in the field of instrumentation mostly exposed on start up, turn around and commissioning of LNG plant, Petrochemical plant, petroleum refineries and Power generating plant. Mostly in Preventive and Corrective maintenance, calibration, loop checking of field devices from to Distributed Control System (DCS). Knowledge in plant resource management (PRM), Simulation for conventional, HART type instrument and Foundation fieldbus, well oriented in foundation fieldbus instrument, parameter configuration via FF builder and able to performed offline and online download for foundation devices. Knowledge in CENTUM CS3000, Honeywell, Foxboro, AMADAS, MARK V/VI (Compressor System) and BN-3500 (Machine Monitoring), Conducted functional test of plant process instrumentation and control devices, Sequence test including FGS, Logic control/Inter locking system, Functional testing through simulation of process variable inputs for machine test using wobbling instrument for sensitivity check, vibration intensity trips and alarms as well as axial and radial, speed pick up and key phasor for compressors and gas turbine shut down system via MARK V/VI, HMI, instrument motor control interface Conducted field and bench calibration of various instruments such as; smart transmitters temperature, flow, pressure and level include valve hauling, reconditioning of pneumatic positioner. Knowledge in Fire and Gas System, Performed loop and functional test for jetty loading arm, vendor assist for system package test, module set up for instrument identifiers, isolated barriers, isolated current repeaters via DCS and PLC cross wiring designed. Familiar in all drawings and document related to instrument function such as; ILD, Connection list, narratives IPF and DCS, cause and effects and safety matrix. Well oriented on over hauling of control valve and leakage testing as per classification. aware in different types of test equipment, Able to work on hazardous area, performed fault finding for various instrument devices, Able to work independently. Knowledge in computer windows and Microsoft office, IDMS/CDMS (Construction Data management system), Win-PCS and INtools), Knowledge on health safety and environment practice.
