1.0 Responsible for the inspection of the following:
23 indoor type secondary substation construction and installation at rated 5Mva to 20 Mva capacity 11 KV/440 V
external construction and installation of substation earthing grid and lightning protection system.
HV/LV switchgear panel base frame fabrication and installation
cable installation and termination such as control, low voltage and high voltage cable
low voltage, lighting and airconditioning distribution panel boards.
cable ladder and trunking installation
low voltage and high voltage switchgear hi-pot test, cable continuity and insulation resistance test
cable duct installation
fire alarm and high sensitivity smoke detector such as addressable manual call points, sounder and flasher, heat detector, beacon and aspirating pipes including test and commissioning.
2.0 Inspection and supervision of 11KV XLPE 4C x 300 mm sq. cable pulling from primary substation to secondary substation.
3.0 Inspection of all 23 substation oil filled 5 mva 11 KV/ 440V step
down transformer mounting and installation.
4.0 Prepare inspection report and documentation in accordance with engineering standards.
