2009 - Nordic Camp Supply
Fuel Site Manager, ISAF Kabul International Airport (Kabul, Afghanistan)
-Supervising the issues (to the delivery section and to the customers as directed) and downloads of products from/into fuel storage;
-Ensuring quality control checks are conducted and taking corrective actions if required;
-Supervising the maintenance of fuel download, storage, quality test and issue equipments, systems;
-Analyze data and make short and long - term supply plans, budget forecast;
-Ensuring the staff and administrative management of the fuel storage site;
-Preparing monthly, semi annually and annually accounts, reports;
-Ensuring monthly stock taking and inventory of products, materials;
-Supervising the procurement of materials, equipment, machinery and according to company’s policy;
-Ordering spare parts and equipments;
-Keep contact with suppliers and customers (in/outside of the country);
-Make operator/refueler/basic quality control test/storekeeper trainings and update company SOP’s;
-Supervising and coordinate personnel the daily job of the warehouse operator team, the laboratory and the maintenance team.

2008 - 2009 ISAF Kabul International Airport
Chief of refuellers in military mission (Kabul, Afghanistan)
-Supervising the administration and issue of all petroleum, oil and lubricant (POL) products on base;
-Ensuring quality control checks are conducted and taking corrective actions if required;
-Initiating and supervising inspections, service and maintenance of tank trucks, other POL related material and equipment;
-Ensuring safety regulations comply with Host Nation Low, military regulations and directives from IATA;
-Recording requirements for POL products;
-Assisting in preparing budget forecast;
-Acting as technical advisor in POL matters for higher authorities;
-Supervising personnel of the fuel distribution team;

2005 - 2009 Hungarian Home Defense Forces Fuel Service

-Preparation of supply, transportation and maintenance contracts;
-Keep contact with suppliers;
-Assist management with annual report of contracts;
-Preparing monthly, semi annually and annually accounts, reports;
-Supervising central POL stocks;
-Supervising and coordinate the maintenance of fuel equipments, trucks, fuel depots, stations;
-Coordinate fuel transportation.

2001-2005 National Defence University, Faculty of Economy, Specialization: Logistic & Fuel Supply

After I graduated in the Military Academy, Logistic Department (I specialized to logistic & fuel supply), I worked for four years in the Hungarian Defense Forces and the Ministry of Defense as a fuel supply officer. I spent time in all levels of the fuel supply chain. I have active practical supply, transportation and maintenance experiences and I am familiar with the national, international and military (NATO Stanags, procedures) rules of my job.
