Managing of the one of the company’s depot located in the Greater Accra region.
o Ensuring the effective and effective utilization of the fleet of sixty seven buses (67) allocated to the depot.
o Manages two hundred and sixty five (265) employees working at the depot.
o Handling of all administration work of the depot.
o Writing to organizations to source for contract service and hiring for the depot.
o Hiring of buses on behalf of the company to individuals and Organizations.
Achievement
o Was able to get six contract services for the depot within one year.
o Saved the Adenta Branch of the company from the collapsing due to lack of proper management.

2. Yard officer February 2007 to 2008
Metro Mass Transit LTD
Liaising between the Traffic Operation Department and Technical Department to ensure faulty buses are repaired on time.
o Receiving complaints on faulty buses from drivers.
o Forwarding of faulty buses to the Technical Department for repairs
o Making follow ups to ensure buses are repaired on time
o Receiving of repaired buses from the Technical Department and having them tested.
o Releasing of repaired buses to Traffic Operations Department for operations.
Achievement
Started a unit called Yard Brigade within the company’s main yard in Accra which has now been extended to all other depots of the company.

3. Voluntary service personnel 1st February, 2006 to 1st August, 2006
Assisted the national service coordinator of the Ahafo Ano District of the Ashanti region.

4. Voluntary service personnel 1st November, 2006 to 30th January, 2007
Taught technical drawing at the Abuakwa D/A J.S.S B in the Ashanti region

5. National Service personnel 1st January, 2005 to 31st August, 2005
Assisted the principal Technical Officer of the Waste Management Department of the Kumasi metropolitan Assembly.
