Have handled more than 50¡¯s drilling well accident, including down hole lost cone ,broken down pipe ,pipe sticking, mud lost circulation, cement lost circulation, etc. total finished work over well more than 2000,including casing repaired,elecric pump¡¯s stuck, check the pump,famillar with various down hole tools and drilling tools..

2005~2006 XinJiang Kelamayi oil field drilling supervisor.

In 2006 ~2007 in The Supervision and Technology Company of CNOOC, worked in the Operation Department as a drilling supervisor. have drilled for 22 oil wells:15 directional wells;7 horizontal well, in LD-10-1;HD32-6; B10 jack up; the longest horizontal section length is 450m.I have Participated the procedure of LD10-1 oil well¡¯s pipe stuck ,and the arrangement of QHD32-6-A28 oil well¡¯s pipe sticking and successfully overcome it.
2008~ in the year end Algeria as a drilling supervisor, BEL z-1 ,the TD is 4000m. horizontal section length is 600m
2009~ now in Chad as drilling supervisor.
