Project Planner,scheduler

-Preventive and corrective maintenance.

1-Carrying out and following up maintenance master plan.
2-Supervising the project site activities.
3-Coordinating with all sections for maintenance performance.
4-Activating, monitoring and developing criticality and hierarchy of the equipment according to strategy and maintenance plan.
5-Scheduling, carrying out and following up the project maintenance plan.
6-Responsibility for modifying the project maintenance plan.
7-Responsibility for keeping data history data updated in the company maintenance program (MAXIMO).
1-Performing the daily, weekly, monthly, semi annual and annual tasks and reports.
2-Performing all data analysis to improve any correction such as:
-Preventive and corrective maintenance.
-Manpower and man-hours.
-Any other analysis relating to maintenance work.
I was shared in maintenance the following equipment during shutdown 2009.
•Complete overhauling and routine maintenance for All types of pumps ;( Centrifugal, diaphragm, piston, vacuum, & screw..)
•Compressor; routine maintenance and Major overhaul of main compressor of the plant;(Centrifugal compressor)
•Expander; ( major overhaul of off gas Expander- Recompresses)
•Complete overhauling and routine maintenance for screw and centrifugal Blowers ;
•Complete overhauling and routine maintenance for Mixers;
•Special equipments;(Rotary kiln, Decanter, Scrapper)
•Static equipments;(Towers; Cracking heaters; All types of heat exchangers)
