Inspection must start at the beginning of the job in order to obtain the best results. Quality cannot be inspected into a job after the work is completed.

My experiences + 7 years includes QA/QC work in Mechanical and Piping in Oil & Gas company and Power Plant. I am familiar with International Standard : ASME Sec IX, B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, API 1104, AWS D.1.1, JIS and good understanding of Destructive / Non Destructive Examination such as : RT, PT, UT, MT, PWHT, Hardness Test, Positive Material Identification (PMI) etc.

My educational background includes graduation from DIPLOMA 3 State Polytechnic of Syiah Kuala University, Lhokseumawe, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, majoring in Mechanical Engineering with cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) 3.31.

Storage procedure, check specification, size, thickness, class, rating, grade, heat no, pipe no, mill certificates.
Check pipe stringing.
Check preparation during fit up process pipe to pipe, pipe to fitting.
End preparation, beveling, gap, misalignment, orientation, flow direction.
Check before, during and after welding.
Materials, consumables, welding machines, welding parameters, preheating, filler metal, welding process, current, polarity, grinding disc, cutting disc
Check handling low hydrogen electrode E7016, E7018, E8016, E8018, etc.
Check NDT requirements ;
Visual Test, Radiography Test, Penetrant test, Magnetic Particle Test, PWHT, Ultrasonic test, Hardness test, Positive Material Identification, etc.
Check installation of piping systems including pipe fitting, supports and instrumentations:
Pipeline, main steam piping, high pressure piping, low pressure piping, intermediate pressure piping, closed cooling water piping, lube oil piping, seal oil piping, seal air piping, control oil piping, fuel gas piping, fuel oil piping, instrument air piping, service air piping, water injection piping, portable water piping, H2 Piping, CO2 piping, fire fighting piping, purge air piping, etc.
Check pressure test : Hydrostatic test or Pneumatic test
Test packages, punch list, NDT status, check limitation, venting, blinds, valves, instrumentations, design pressure, test pressure, temperature, holding time.
