Job description
• Delivering registration and post registration services to the customers and clients of the Teaching Centre of the British Council .
• Providing administrative support to Teaching Centre Corporate services of the British Council.
• Liaising directly with customers (face to face ,on the telephone ),clarify their needs, identify and offer relevant British Council public services that fulfill those needs ,and to deliver information /registration services ,and support the delivery of proactive information services.
• Doing administrative work of the registration such as entering the students data and results .
2. Call Centre Agent (November 2007- June 2007)

Job Description
• Liaising with customers on the phone ,clarify their needs, identify and offer relevant IBM public services that fulfill those needs .
• Report technical problems of customers to the technical department.
