Overall responsibility for ensuring QA/QC and HSE requirements and ensuring the company operations are completed on schedule in a cost effective manner.
Working out the human and material resources needed;
Drafting a timescale for the job;
Estimating the costs and setting the quality standards;
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules needed;
Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programmes e.g. ISO 2008:9001 and API certification;
