Duties Project Management refurbishment of Land and Sea Oil Rigs including all top side rig equipment
Overall responsibility for ensuring QA/QC and HSE requirements and ensuring the company operations are completed on schedule in a cost effective manner.
Working out the human and material resources needed;
Drafting a timescale for the job;
Estimating the costs and setting the quality standards;
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules needed;
Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programmes e.g. ISO 2008:9001 and API certification;
Liaising with different departments, e.g. suppliers, fabrication, hydraulics, mechanical, electrical;
Working with department managers to implement the company’s policies and goals;
Review the performance of staff member’s, identify training courses and continuous improvement required.
