WORK EXPERIENCE
Cairo oil refining company (CORC) –Mostorod refinery
From December -2012 until Now.
Operation Section Head of Atmospheric Distillation and Vapor recovery units
? Plans, supervises and directs the operation of the units and systems.
? Participates in planning and scheduling of operations and shutdowns for units and coordinates all maintenance and inspection work for the respective units.
? Coordinates training and follows up programs and progress.
? Day-to-Day functioning to concentrate on units trouble shooting, improvement in systems & procedures and other developmental activities.
? Safety related work for the assigned units .
From December-2008 To December-2012 Senior process engineer of atmospheric distillation unit.
? Responsible for providing direct engineering support to operations with process trouble shooting and process improvement.
? Responsible for supervising shift operation including start-up and shut-down operations through D.C.S panels.
? Responsible for improving the performance of my unit by studying the operation problems and find the solutions. Also, by preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
? piping configurations, heat and material balances, process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams.
? Conducts daily routine checks around the unit for visual inspection of processing equipment(heat exchanger, desalter, heaters ,pumps, compressors) and reports any abnormalities .

From December-2006 To December -2008 Operation engineer of Vapor recovery unit.
From October -2004 To December -2006 Operation engineer of naphtha reforming unit by catalyst.
Project Project manager of corc crew for maintenance and operation of crude oil heater- treater for petropel company
