JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating safety awareness of workers, supervisors by giving training programs, usage of Personal Protective Equipments.
- Conducting various awareness programs in Health Safety and Environmental aspects.
- Organizing the daily Tool Box meetings for 600 workers in the site.
- Conducting in-house training for the safety officers and supervisors for the safety procedures during the critical jobs.
- Scheduling and monitoring the monthly inspections for the Fire extinguishers, lifting gears, hand and power tools etc.,
- Inducting the new employees for the site safety procedures.
- Planning and organizing emergency evacuation drills in the labor camps
- Conducting Safety Inspections/Audits
