Project Support:
Feasibility, conceptual and philosophy design studies
Custody and allocation station design
Assist legal and contract departments in writing sales measurement manuals
Functional design and technical specifications
Review and approve documentation
Factory and site acceptance procedures and testing
Uncertainty analysis calculation
Site installation, commissioning, operating and validation procedures

Audit:
Identify lost revenues and advise corrective actions and improvements during project design tender evaluation and running operations

Training:
Mentor local engineers and technicians the subject of flow measurement through assisting with projects, audits, training and metering management
Teach regulations with government requirements, standards, guidelines, transportation and commercial agreements
Understand creativity with system design using latest technology and cost saving equipment, maintenance and management methods
