1. Full knowledge of site HSE regulations & specifications:
2. Commissioning Trainer.
3. I inspecting all kind of commissioning testing for ex.: hydrostatic test & Pneumatic test
4. Full awareness of COSHH assessment, MSDS & material properties.
5. Full aware of heavy equipments mechanical maintenance & inspections.
6. Ensure that risk assessments for activities with a high potential for loss are completed before work commences.
7. Inspect and monitor the place of work on a continuous basis ensuring that all procedures,
safe working practices, authorization system or permit to work systems are being carried out properly.
8. Assist in organizing and carrying out emergency safety exercises and training.
9. Assist with reporting and investigation of accidents, incidents and near misses and ensure that all accidents and incidents and near –misses are reported.
10. Organizing safety tool box which guaranty a good safety attitude for all work force.
11. Inspecting all equipments, hand tools and other facilities in order to classify its safety statues.
12. Have the authority to stop any work whose execution is deemed to be dangerous or likely to imperil the health and safety of personnel.
13. Inspecting the work place to make sure that all the permit’s requirements are provided prior to the starting of the work (safety precautions, Emergency procedures….etc)
14. Closing the permit after the accomplishment of the work and inspecting the work place to make sure that every thing is back in order.
15. Performing gas test in life areas when needed.
16. Monitoring workgroups advising them in safety matures.
17. Make tool box talk for working groups.
18. Checking fire extinguisher periodically.
19. Checking MSDS.
20. Inspecting scaffolds, before people using it.
21. Inspecting site for any hazardous before and during working hours.
22. Loading and offloading heavy equipment.
23. Sand blasting and painting.
24. Field housekeeping.
25. HSE procedures in both offices and fields.

4 years degree Cairo university

Occupational safety and health administration (OSHA 1910-1926) certificate.

a)OSHA Certificate (Outreach Training Program) ‘General Industry Safety & Health Standards’ from 16\10\05 to 20\10\05 30 hour.

b)OSHA Certificate (Outreach Training Program) ‘Construction Safety & Health Standards’ from 22\10\05 to 26\10\05 30 hour.

2.# NASP (THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SAFETY PROFESSIONALS ) IN:

a)Safety diploma in workplace & live plant occupational safety & health.

b)Safety Management Certificate in ‘Osha Hzwoper -dot –chemical safety’.

3.# OSHA Disaster site worker training program DSO 0000517 in 14/03/07.
4.# OSHA scaffold competent person training-OSHA 29 CFR 1926.454 (b).
5.# HAZOPER 40-hour training course during the period DEC.21, 2006 till DEC.25, 2006.
