QC Engineer for Supervising the Fabrication and welding of piping Spools.
Visual inspection of fit up, monitoring before, during and after welding.
Inspection of structural fabrication, and other plant maintenance activities.
Mechanical Inspection of completion of piping as per Isometric drawings, Plan drawings, P&ID, and Drawing of special supports.
Preparation of Punch lists, Witnessing of Pneumatic and Hydro tests.
Coordination between consultant and client, Material Inspection.
Identification and Checking of color coding, Witnessing welding procedures qualification and welder qualification test as per ASME section IX.
