More than eleven (11) years of experience gained from companies in an Industrial Setting. The job positions held entailed the evaluation, monitoring and improvement of the production process. The outlining of the process involved in conducting in-process inspection and testing to ensure product conformity to quality requirements, orientation of production personnel regarding product quality inspection, analyzing and improving the efficiency of the production output, conducting and interpreting results of time and motion studies and monitoring of productivity. Was.likewise, directly involved in problem solving activitiesat the workplace.Previously I’ve worked at SOCOTHERM MIDDLE EAST PIPE COATING CONTRACTOR Doha Qatar as Quality Control Engineer / Laboratory Technician in concrete weight coating (CWC) dated April 2005 up to 2007. Knowledgeable and with expertise in solving the apparent density of concrete coated pipes and getting the actual cement content on concrete mix needed for CWC application. Also knowledgeable in corrosion testing on bare pipes & full inspection for concrete coated pipes. Lastly with expertise in load in / load out of bare and concreted coated pipes.and AL-SRAIYA STRABAG QATAR as lab.tech dated april 2008–2009,I’m responsible on material testing for concrete, asphalt and soil testing.
