Trained at Veterans Memorial Medical Center, w/c has > 21 wards,6 ICU.Caters thousands of in & out patients. Became adept in handling ER cases, numerous blood extractions, arterial blood gas specimen collection, IV catheter insertions, OGT & NGT insertion, foley catheter placement, ECG tracings and interpretation, endotracheal tube intubations, debridement of burn patients, dressing & suturing of wounds, CPR, minor surgical procedures (lipoma and subcutaneous cyst excisions, circumcision). Assisted in several major and minor surgeries, emergency procedures such as chest tube thoracostomy, thoracocentesis, paracentesis, cricothyroidotomy etc. A licensed ACLS provider. Currently, a volunteer going on duty at the Philippine Orthopaedic Center which caters mild to severe trauma cases.
