Mechanical QA/QC Supervisor
o Ensure that the offshore equipment and winches are providing the requested services
o Analyze quality assurance system and advise recommendations for improvements. This was incorporated into application of ISO 9002 & ISO 14001 Standards
o Supervise the fabrication and metal work process for the new equipments and winches
o Implementing, Applying and Auditing Quality Management
o Enforce Quality management system policies & procedures
o Supervise the MIG and TIG welding process
o Ensure that winches refurbishment process runs efficiently and that customer requirements are met before deadliness.
